five favourite tv shows // (quiz)

(because I feel like doing one of those long quiz things that no one really reads)

Pick 5 shows, then answer the following questions. (don’t cheat)

1. Chuck
2. Big Bang Theory
3. Community
4. Nikita
5. Modern Family

1. Who is your favorite character in 2? Sheldon Cooper, I also really like Raj and Bernadette

2. Who is your least favourite character in 1? Currently obviously its Decker

3. What is your favorite episode of 4? When the big switcheroo happens, the season one finale :)

4. What is your favorite season of 5? I love both seasons! I'm loving this current season too!

5. Who is your favorite couple in 3? Troy and Abed. (without. a. doubt.)

6. Who is your least favourite couple in 2? Leonard and Priya

7. What is your favorite episode of 1? I don't know, they're all so good. Maybe season 4 finale or season 1 finale

8. What is your least favorite episode of 5? I cannot think of one.

9. What is your favorite season of 2? Season 3 when Leonard and Penny finally got together

10. How long have you watched 1? only for 5 months but I have caught up to the current season

11. How did you become interested in 3? I started watching it after everyone started raving on about the first paintball episode.

12. Who is your favorite actor in 4? Maggie Q (Nikita), she's so pretty!

13. Which do you prefer, 1, 2, or 5? CHUCK!

14. Which show have you seen more episodes of, 1 or 3 ? 1 because I've seen all four season plus the current episodes out; whereas there's only two seasons of community plus season three episodes

15. If you could be anyone from 4, who would you be? NIKITA! because she's so pretty and kick ass and has the hottest body!

16. How would you kill off your favorite character in 1? What? Why..... would I want to kill off Chuck?

17. Would a crossover between 3 and 4 work? No way! Nikita is way to serious and cool for the mixed up people in Community

18. Pair two characters in 1 who would make an unlikely but strangely okay couple. Unlikely couple: Morgan and Casey

19. Overall, which show has the better storyline, 3 or 5? Neither have any real storyline, but Community has really witty writing but Modern Family is still hilarious

20. Which has the better theme music, 2 or 4? Big Bang Theory, I can't really remember the theme for Nikita

The Occupy/99% Movement

It irks me that people complain about being in the 99%, when they live in a country with considerable riches, where there are measures to try and make sure the poor don't starve (sure, some people fall through the cracks but the measures are there), furthermore we do tax the wealthy more.

Even more so, some of these people would consider themselves less wealthy just because they cannot afford magnificent houses and cars; poor even. It annoys me because they don't seem to realise how wealthy they actually are. That their problems are when they can't afford new gadgets or things, not because they don't have enough clean water to drink or food to eat.

Furthermore, I feel like these 'Occupy' protests are a bit futile, because even though they are protesting about something, they have no solution. I mean, most protests are like "Free (certain country/people/person)" or "Bring the troops home" etc. and their solution IS the protest. Whereas 'Occupy' (whether it is Wall St, or Melbourne, or Sydney etc.) or 'We are the 99%', these are just statements, not solutions. So, you can continue protesting but nothing is going to happen about this because they don't actually know what to do about it.

By the way, I'm not against the protest, I just think the way that it is going about is rather ineffective.

So my solution to make this protest more effective is: first, work out the solutions to this problem AND then go protest.

But the problem is (and another reason why I believe the protests so far haven't been that effective) this issue is such a hard issue to deal with. How do we ensure the 1% don't control all the wealth? Do we have to spread the wealth? How do you deal with people who genuinely worked hard for their riches amongst some who may have lied/stolen/cheated for their riches? How do you properly spread out the riches evenly so that it isn't a 1% vs the 99%? Do we have to change our system to a socialist one? In that case, don't those who have worked harder deserve more than those that don't work as hard? Plus, many many more questions and issues.
As you can see its a very difficult issue, and not something that can be easily changed with a few protests. Hence, why I believe these protest probably won't be that effective in bringing that much change.

This is also why (because I think the protest is a bit futile), I am a bit annoyed about how people complained about police getting violent because you technically are breaking the law and are not moving when being told. Police don't get violent unless they have to and you aren't doing what they say. People get hurt because they have to be forcibly removed and so they retaliate and hurt themselves, thus coming across as violence.

I mean, it is a protest worthy topic; but it's an extremely hard one to solve. Sort of like trying to solve poverty.

So, I tend to have phases, where I obsess about certain things.
Lately, I have been obsessing about X-men.

So I ended up watching every episode from the 90s cartoon, especially because I distinctly remember this one episode from my childhood. The images was so vivid, but it took me forever to find that episode (because it was played in season 5) so I ended up watching all 5 seasons just to find that one episode; plus I do love the cartoon. Reminds me of my childhood, and watching cartoons in the morning.

On top of that, I've been reading into characters wiki pages trying to find their back stories, powers and story lines.

My favourite X men by far are: Beast, Rogue & Jean Grey (and Cyclops when he was with Jean Grey).

I love Jean Grey; plus, I really love this picture of Jean Grey as Phoenix.
I also wish Cyclops and Jean Grey didn't have such a complex relationship and that they could have lived happily ever after (I mean they did, it was for a short while when they were transported into the future to raise up Cable, but didn't last because: 1. Apocalypse's affect on Cyclops' personality, 2. his psychic affair with Emma Frost, 3. she died).
Plus, I wish he isn't currently dating Emma Frost (I dislike her because she used to be bad/evil and I wouldn't trust her and she had a psychic affair with him when Jean was still alive, moreover she seems like she has bad intentions and acts in a calculated way, plus she was in a number of villain groups; sure she's hot, but Jean Grey was better).
I also hope Jean would come back from the dead, since she has the Phoenix Force and because she is one of my favourites.

I also liked Rogue's relationship with Gambit, I felt bad for Rogue when Gambit was turned into one of Apocalypse's Horsemen; that can't be easy for a girl to see her boyfriend be enslaved and turned into Death.
Plus, this is kind of irrelevant, but does Gambit have a never ending supply of cards? Or does he need to continue replenishing his supply? They never really explain that.

& I love Beast, I enjoy that he is not only brawn but he is also brains and seems very peaceful.

Tweet tweet

I've been using my twitter a lot, for random thoughts :) though I do hate the character limit. I usually have to write the whole tweet and then keep refining to reduce character length, which can be quite annoying at times.

Btw, my twitter is: alszhng :)

Also, last Sunday I saw an old man walking a goat in a park in West Footscray :) I thought that was hilarious!

The most racist thing I have ever heard my mum say: when referring to the asian girl in the Maccas i-spy commercial, mum was like, "Oh, so that's why they hired her .. 'I spy with my LITTLE eye.'" LOL!

Alice in Wonderland

So there is such thing as the Alice-in-Wonderland syndrome, which I thought is quite funny.
At first I thought maybe it was a colour/everything is bright thing, but it is a syndrome where you see things as abnormally large or abnormally small, which totally makes sense having seen Alice in Wonderland. Pretty interesting.

So today I wore my black flats and I was wondering why it felt like I could feel the ground while I walked. So I thought my shoes must have been wearing out and an area of the shoe sole was just really thin.

But then I got home and there was an actual hole in the sole, it was like a 1.5cm diameter hole.

Though I'm a bit perplexed as to how it got there, because that hole is really random.

too much tv

so i watched a ton of shows yesterday simply because they all came out yesterday

i watched: survivor, america's next top model, modern family, up all night, free agents

i actually preferred free agents to up all night this week, the ending kinda made it too awkward. i don't like watching things that make me feel too awkward (which is one of the reasons why i stopped watching the office).

i also really enjoyed modern family, but it felt a bit weird how they changed lily. and that lily can talk so much now (and clearly), that it doesn't make sense she's 3. i mean 3 year olds can talk but not that clearly. i actually really enjoyed the silence of old lily, it really contrasted her extravagant parents and her. though i do like this new lily, it will just take some adjusting, that's all.

oh, also watched new girl, the day before that
i kinda like it
as in the episode is kinda slow but funny
but the ending of that episode was hilarious!
i really liked the douchebag jar as well

Spring shows

I feel like this spring isn't going to be that great for me uni work wise, and I say this because all my shows are coming back, and there's a lot of them. I mean, A LOT.

Survivor and America's Next Top Model came back last night, and I can tell this season of ANTM is going to be great because of the season preview. I mean they will be writing their own songs and singing them, and doing the music video for them. On a modeling show? Really? This is going to be HILARIOUS! And check out the final photo of all the models photoshopped together. I mean, someone was seriously having a crack when they thought it was a good idea to photoshop the girls spilling out of the bubble bath/pool AND Alexandria is no longer on a surf board, she now rides a motorcycle. AHAHAHAHA! Oh, this season is going to be so fun(ny)! I am glad that Allison Harvard (ie. creepy chan) is back, if you've read my older posts you may know I had a slight obsession over her.

I also started watching Up All Night today, pretty funny and light, I'll probably continue to watch it. It kind of reminds me of Raising Hope and Cam & Mitchell on Modern Family, sort of. (simply because they are also shows about raising babies)

And I also started Free Agents as well. I liked that too, but I'm not sure if I like it enough to continue watching. Maybe if I'm bored or something.

Also, the other shows I'm waiting for:
- Chuck (!!)

- Nikita (!)

- Community (!)

- How I met your mother
- Big Bang Theory
- Modern Family (sort of, I mean I do like the show but I'm more inclined to watch it when I'm bored rather than follow it every week)

New shows I may start:
- New Girl, simply because I love Zooey Deschanel :)

- (and as I said: Up All Night)

I think that's it, I have way too many shows already.

As I said, this is so not looking good for uni work.
Finally there's a blogger app for iPhones :) will blog more frequently now.

so i did my nails today,
check it out.

pretty cool huh?
took me a little while to do, but it was my first time doing nails like this
so it came out pretty decent.

i was following this nail tutorial :)
though hers looks much better in the nail tutorial
but i think if i do it again i'll have to use all the same brand of nail polishes

for a website that is really just meant for sharing photos and videos and quotes
its sure hard to use.

you can't find photos with two separate tags (so you can narrow your search down)
and changing the settings is so hard
because i can never find where to go.

that said,
i do have a tumblr: here

Tuesday, August 23, 2011

so, i thought this was funny.

from here

Monday, August 22, 2011

so i sort of had an epiphany the other day.
i realised that i must have really short arms,
(i guess its assumed because i'm short, but i never really had this realisation.)
so the reason why i had this epiphany
is that the other day
i realised ALL my jackets and cardigans are way to long for me
and they all go up to my hands.
that's why a lot of my clothes look very big and baggy on me.

um, yes that is all.
stay tuned for more pointless realisations in the future.

when we were kids

i love this, its hilarious!
and when you hear them argue you realise how ridiculous our arguments were when we were young.
i particularly like the 'your client is guilty times infinity' then 'your client is guilty times infinity plus 1'
and the 'i know you are but what am i'
and the 'jinx'
and the 'Nuh-AH' and the 'Yuh-HA'
because i remember these comebacks when i was in primary :)
and i also love the 'well, my client is rubber and yours is glue, and what ever you say bounces off him and sticks to you."

love it ♥

sorry i've been away for a while;
i intend to come back.
but probably with little random short posts because i'll link this to my phone,
so i can blog to my phone.

though i do like adding photos, especially .gifs
but it just takes a lot more time and work
and i don't want this to feel like work.
which is probably the reason why i keep stopping my blog posts.
in short, i will probably revert to the way i used to blog.
ie. random rants.

i also think i might change the blog title/layout soon
as in, i really like my layout (since it too me forever to fix the code) but i might just change the colour scheme and back ground and things.
but that's a maybe.

whenever I listen to The Antlers - Kettering, it never ceases to make me want to cry
(it a good way though, because the song is so moving.)
if love is just a game, how come its no fun?
if love is just a game, how come i've never won?
I guess maybe it's possible I might be playing it wrong
and that's why every time I roll the dice
I always come undone."

just finished all four seasons in a week
and the season 4 finale

mind blown.

i mean, yes, the episode was titled: "Chuck vs. the Cliffhanger"
and boy, it was a cliffhanger

MAJOR SPOILER ALERT (for those who haven't watched)

lithiumcyanide: oh yeah….this is one of my favorite screen caps probably <3 <3 <3 OTP

you've been warned.

be-thymuse: If you don’t watch Chuck… You should!!!! I absolutely agree!

so, Morgan is the new intersect
i mean i know or at least i predict that chuck will eventually get it back
i mean the show is called 'chuck'
and its about chuck because of the intersect
thus he must get it back
i hope so.
i mean, morgan is brave and all
but he can't be the intersect or the only intersect next season
i really really really hope chuck gets it back.
i mean really really really really.

Everyone should agree that Zachary Levi has an amazing smile. It’s a fact of life.

"I think she hits the turtles."

I love this clip, its so funny.
I love how he put subtitles for Jose Luis, and the subtitles do actually kind of sound like what he's mumbling.
I also wonder how they make Jose Luis talk so much, or maybe he just likes talking a lot.

I like Arturo's type of humour, its very (I'm sure how to describe it) dry and sarcastic? But anyway, I've also watched his other videos and they're also pretty funny. But this one is my favourite.

love it ♥

Also, yes I finally turned Google Adsense on. Though it would probably take me ages to actually get paid for anything, I figured since I've posted over 400 blogs just on this blog, and over a thousand blogs, i think, if you include my old blog as well. So I figured that maybe if I can get anything from it, I should try. Sorry, if that makes me a sell out.

But having said that, I will start putting more work into this blog after exams. Since I have 400+ blogs on here, I shall begin to categorise my blogs because I sure not all of you want to read all my stuff about 'Community' (though it is a hilarious show and I highly recommend it) or all my random music posts or any other thing I might be obsessing about.

But in the meantime, time to study for exams.

Hospice - The Antlers

I have had this album for quite a while now, and I had listened to it before many times. Though today, I actually really listened to it whilst reading the CD sleeve, reading and listening to the lyrics as they are sung. And honestly, no other album has ever cut me so deep in affecting my personal state.

This album is so unbelievably haunting.

This album follows a story of the relationship between a hospice worker and a terminally ill patient, Sylvia. The patient is depressed and is haunted in her sleep, which leads her to be verbally and mentally abusive towards the hospice worker, however still the hospice worker either falls in love with or has an extreme love for the patient. The patient eventually dies, but not without leaving lasting emotional scars on the hospice worker.

As Peter Silberman puts it (interview from thefader.com): "A hospice can be representative of what emotional and psychological abuse can do. Let’s say as a hospice worker, you’re taking a lot of verbal abuse from someone who is dying, cause they’re, absolutely and rightfully so, bitter about what’s happening and feeling like it’s completely unfair, which it most obviously is. And you’re in the position of feeling like you have no right to complain about your situation because it’s so much worse for them. So you think the least I can do is give them a punching bag."

and continuing from another interview here: "...You don't have to right to argue with them either, because they're the one that's dying here; they're the one that's been dealt the wrong hand. So you take it, but you can only take so much. Eventually, you realise that this person is destroying you."

When I truly listened to it for the first time, I could feel myself being haunted by the story telling. I could truly imagine the situation, the setting and felt the mood of the whole piece sink into my own body. And when I say haunted, I do mean I for some reason was feeling scared not sure why, but the piece along with its story also reminded me of scary films set in creepy hospital with mentally ill patients. But I'm pretty sure that's just me.

But the emotion that comes through as this story of the hospice worker and patient is reflective of an emotionally abusive relationship.

"Basically, what I would say the album is about, I would say this for the sake of anyone who would listen to it, it’s about an experience I had in a very emotionally abusive relationship and the pulling myself out of that, and the effect that it had on my life at the time."

However, I have read many reviews that describe the light that seeps especially at the end through this dark piece. But at this point, I am still coming to terms with the depressing story and the sheer emotion of the whole piece.

This isn't my usual type of blog, it isn't as light hearted as it would normally be. But I am writing this under my current state, still feeling extremely overcome. As I said in the beginning, no other album has ever so severely affected my mental state.

And after saying all of that, it is an amazing album. Do go listen to it, if you haven't already. It may not affect you as it had affected me, but I guarantee you that if you truly sit and listen to it you will feel the emotion of it all. It's quite brilliant and chilling at the same time.
I will have to halt my '30 Day Community Challenge' because I'll need to study for exams.
But I'll finish them once I'm done with them. It's just that it takes a while finding the pictures/videos I want to add for the day.

But I'll still blog, most likely. I like to rant about stuff during exams, cos I'm like that.

Day DOCE // Favourite Troy Moment

- Troy in his dance class, after stripping off his breakaway clothing

- Troy sneezing

Jeff: "Hey, Troy sneezes like a girl."
Troy: "And how bout I pound you like a boy, that didn't come out right."
Shirley: "Won't you all leave him alone with his cute little baby sneeze?"
Troy: "You're not my mother."
Pierce: "She's not?"
Jeff: "29 seconds."

- Troy meeting Levar Burton

Troy: "I've told Pierce a thousand times, I never wanted to meet Levar in person! I just wanted a picture! You can't disappoint a picture! I hate you Pierce! I hate you so much!"

- Troy: "I had a dream it would end this way" during Paintball/Star Wars episode

- Troy crying (there's a few different scenes in this clip, all of which are funny)

its in the previous clip as well bu this is funny as:

love it :)

Jar of Hearts

A song I have been singing a lot lately:

Christina Perri - Jar of Hearts

And who do you think you are?
Running around leaving scars.

Collecting your jar of hearts;
Tearing love apart.

You're gonna catch a cold;
From the ice inside your soul.

So don't come back for me;
Don't come back at all."

also, i do like the original much more than glee's version, it has much more emotion in the song.

Day ONCE // Favourite Annie moment

I have mentioned a couple already, including Annie's gravy train (see Day #4) and here random dance moments (see Day #1) but here's more:

- I love Annie's disney face (I can't find a clip for it, so here's a picture.)

Jeff: "Now she's gonna make the Disney face. Her lip is going to quiver and her eyes will flutter, but they won't ever actually close, but DO NOT feel sorry for her!"

-When Annie almost kisses Britta

-When Annie gets a free backpack and does the robot (Contemporary American Poultry)

- The Annie/Black Rider moments in 'A Fist Full of Paintballs'

Annie: "Stop trying to fluster me with your handsomeness. You’re creepy."

Random funny .gif of Annie when Pierce was hallucinating:

Day DIEZ // Favourite Abed moment

I have many favourite Abed moments, though a lot of them is with Troy. Some of my favourite Abed moments is when he is playing characters, and I have already mentioned them before in Day #2 here. So I'm mentioning some other ones.

But this is one of many favourites when he acts as 'himself' to approach a girl. This was the result:

but one of my other favourite moments is when Abed helps a girl give birth (you'll have to look in the background of the scenes for Abed)

Also, I hadn't mentioned it yet
but I love his catch phrase:

"Cool. Cool cool cool."

Day NEUVE // Favourite Britta Moment

The thing with Britta is that she's does these weird things to try to be cool but end up being awkward and funny. I like her, but I feel at times she tries SO hard to be cool, that sometimes its annoying. Also, when she's funny, most of the time she's awkward funny.

So some Britta favourite moments:

- Britta's weird high five that turns into a snake (it happens a few times)

it's also at the end of this scene:

- Britta doing her dance recital watering the plants but gets stuck and Troy had to rescue her. (I also love Troy and his breakaway clothing. hahaha)

- When Britta shows up to the dance looking all hot to try and scare Jeff into thinking she invited her to go with him, but he had no clue because he drunk dialed her.

more awkward Britta:

Day OCHO // Favourite Jeff Moment

Here two of them, I can't think of anymore right now (I may add more later, when I think of them)

- When he decides to go fight bullies on Shirley's Christmas day, and he goes up to the bully and goes '..Sup?' and then he does the weird eye thing

- Pool battle between Jeff and the teacher. And the dean when Jeff took of his clothes, that was hilarious!

Day SIETE // Least Favourite Episode

'The Art of Discourse'

When those kids came to visit Greendale and they kept insulting everyone.
That was an annoying episode, especially the ending.

The subplots in that episode were just ok, the Pierce pantsing Shirley and thus getting kicked out of the group was really awkward. Though I did like the Abed and Troy moments.

However, one of my favourite quotes did come out of this episode -

Annie: "When you found out I was Jewish, you invited me to a 'pool party' that turned out to be a Baptism."
Shirley: "Well excuse me for trying to sneak you into Heaven."

Day SEIS // Least Favourite Character

Least Favourite Character = Pierce Hawthorne
Played by = Chevy Chase

Whenever I ask someone about whether they like Pierce
or when they say 'I love Pierce, he's so funny.'
I can absolutely tell which season of Community they are watching.
Because in season one, Pierce was pretty clueless and harmless
and quite funny.
But in season two, sometimes he's nice and just clueless like season one
but sometimes he goes absolutely out of the way to be a villain.

Especially the documentary episode where he tries to punish his friends by pretending that he's dying
and he gives it the worst to Jeff who never knew is father
and he pretends that Jeff's father is coming to see him
and then tries to pose as Jeff's father.
What kind of friend does that?
And also the Dungeons and Dragons episode
where Pierce goes out of his way to ruin their game.
Or when he tries to ruin Abed and Troy's handshake.

So yes, Pierce is my current least favourite character
though I do feel like there is so much more to his character
and though I don't like his character at the moment, I know he adds so much drama and everything to the show.
And sometimes he's still pretty hilarious.
So, even though he's my least favourite character Community would not be the same without him.

Also, I must say Chevy Chase's characterisation of Pierce is great.

(Above) Pretty awkward and funny moment from Pierce
When he tries to draw a windmill in Pictionary but draws a swastika instead

Also, random gif below of Pierce frolicking. I found it on tumblr so I'm not sure if this was on an episode (because I don't remember where this would possibly be from) or this is like a behind the scenes moment

Day CINCO // Favourite Quote

Same as yesterday, its so hard to pinpoint just ONE quote.

But here are some of my favourites:

Jeff: "For your information, I don't have an ego. My Facebook photo is a landscape."
(Contemporary American Poultry)

Troy: "Didn't we decide at the beginning of the year that for the good of the group we wouldn't allow any intimacy between each other or ourselves?"
Jeff: "We never said ourselves."
Troy: "Ok, now I'm really mad!"
(Paradigms of Human Memory)

Jeff: "I'm saying you're a football player, its in your blood"
Troy: "That's racist."
Jeff: "Your soul?"
Troy: "That's racist."
Jeff: "Your eyes?"
Troy: "That's gay."
Jeff: "That's homophobic."
Troy: "That's black."
Jeff: "That's racist!"
Troy: "Damn."
(Football, Feminism and You)

Annie: "Stop trying to fluster me with your handsomeness. You’re creepy." (A Fist Full of Paintballs)

Black Rider: "Sweetie, this thing is so much bigger than you can ever imagine. I'm outta here, I got Coldplay tickets."
Annie: "Coldplay?"
Black Rider: "Too late bean allergy."
(A Fist Full of Paintballs)

Annie: "When you found out I was Jewish, you invited me to a 'pool party' that turned out to be a Baptism."
Shirley: "Well excuse me for trying to sneak you into Heaven."
(The Art of Discourse)

Troy: "Can we make this quick? I have to give a banana to Annie's Boobs."

just watched the season 6 finale of how i met your mother
and all i can say (not really say but you know) is this

or better put

I so thought that it was going to be Robin (that was getting married),
especially with Robin asking Ted to be her best man in the beginning of the season.
But having said that, I always knew that Barney was going to get married, because you can tell that it's what Barney wants for his life (having a wife & kids) but he's always been too afraid. And you can see it throughout the season, with him meeting his father and dating Nora, that he wants something more with his life. Also, in the meatball episode when they have a flash forward with Barney in his 'deathbed' asking Marshall to eat the meatball sub, Barney had a wedding ring on. But my initial shock was due to the fact that Barney still seems rather immature with these sorts of things, so I didn't think it was going to be him to get married (I assume, next in the group).

The question is who is Barney marrying: Robin or Nora? (or someone else?)

My theory is Nora, especially after the latest episode where Ted/Zoey's relationship was reflective of Robin/Barney's relationship saying that it was so easy to run back into the relationship but they both know that its not right and saying that they were a train wreck.
Quote from the last episode:
Robin: "The future is scary, but you can't run back to the past because it's familiar. Yes, it's tempting."
Barney: "But, it's a mistake."
Sorry to quash the hopes of those die hard Barney/Robin fans, but I highly doubt that Barney will be marrying Robin. Also, I really like the idea of Robin and secret crush (played by Michael Trucco).

I hope its Nora, because I really like Nora. I love her accent, and you could tell Barney was really into her and the only reason why Barney decided not to meet her parents was because he was scared of commitment but you could tell he so wanted to go inside, but fear got the better of him. And the season finale gave the hint of their possible wedding, since Barney asked her out again for 'coffee', which according to this episode is code for 'i want to get back together'.

I don't think it will be someone else, but it is a possibility.

Oh and in this latest episode, I cried when Lily was pregnant. I honestly didn't expect it/forgot about it, because they went off baby talk for so many episodes.

Also, I enjoyed the 'PSYCHE' when he said he met the mother, but obviously they're not going to make it that easy for us.

Ok, done.

Day CUATRO // Favourite scene

Such a hard choice to just pinpoint ONE scene. So I have a few, the thing is I mention them as I see them/remember them, because HEAPS of scenes are funny.

- Random Spanish class presentation by Jeff and Pierce
So hilarious! I makes me laugh out loud every time I watch it

Senor Chang: "Why are there costumes? These are supposed to be short conversations, they're not supposed to...."
Jeff: "Take your breath away?"

- The Abed and Troy moments/endings

all of them are awesome, like the classic spanish rap, kickpuncher and 'Troy and Abed in the Morning'
but i also particularly like this one, though Troy looks so sad at the end

Abed: "Wait, you don't have to believe."
Troy: "I didn't............ I didn't."

- Abed as 'The Cape'
it was so much more funnier to me because i've watched the show before.

and the show did fail ( it was cancelled, though i think the show had SO much potential, i didn't think it was delivered properly.)
here's a promo of the show, so you'll understand the abed as 'the cape' scene and why he knocks off everything on jeff's table

- Pierce 'mind reading'
its funnier that this scene immediately follows Shirley and Annie playing bad cop

- Annie's gravy train

- Jeff and Abed getting drunk

My favourite song right now, Bowl of Oranges - Bright Eyes.
Dedicated to the birthday boy :)
I love this song, it makes me want to cry when I hear it because it's so sweet & cute.
The clip isn't that great though, its just ok.

The rain it started tapping
on the window near my bed,
there was a loophole in my dreaming,
so I got out of it.
And to my surprise my eyes were wide
and already open,
just my nightstand and my dresser
where those nightmares had just been.
So I dressed myself and left them,
out into the gray streets
but everything seemed different
and completely new to me.
The sky, the trees, houses, buildings,
even my own body,
and each person I encountered,
I couldn't wait to meet.

And I came upon a doctor
who appeared in quite poor health.
I said "There's nothing that I can do for you, you can't do for yourself."
He said "Oh yes you can, just hold my hand. I think that would help."
So I sat with him a while and then I asked him how he felt.
He said, "I think I'm cured.
No, in fact, I'm sure of it.
Thank you Stranger,
for your therapeutic smile."

So that is how I learned the lesson
that everyone's alone,
and your eyes must do some raining
if you're ever gonna grow.
But when crying don't help, you can't compose yourself,
it's best to compose a poem.
A honest verse of longing
or simple song of hope.

That's why I'm singing, baby don't worry,
cause now I got your back.
And every time you feel like crying,
I'm gonna try and make you laugh.
And if I can't, if it just hurts too bad,
then we will wait for it to pass
and I will keep you company
through those days so long and black.

And we'll keep working on the problem
we know we'll never solve
Of Love's uneven remainders,
our lives are fractions of a whole.
But if the world could remain within a frame
like a painting on a wall
Then I think we'd see the beauty then,
we'd stand staring in awe

At our still lives posed
like a bowl of oranges,
like a story told
by the fault lines and the soil.

Day TRES // Favourite episode

My favourite episodes definitely have to be collectively the paintball episodes (maybe not so much the last one, though it was a good episode it wasn't as good as the other two paintball episodes)

Though it used to be hands down the first paintball episode
but i think 'A Fist Full of Paintballs' trumps the first one
only just.

Why I love 'A Fist Full of Paintballs' the most:
- I love the Western themed nature of it
- I love how Annie was the main character in that episode, who also happens to be one of my favourite characters.
- Following on from the point above, Annie was pretty awesome in that episode
- I love the naming of everyone as their cards, it was a very nice touch
- I liked how they had a western village/town set up by Pierce, with performers and people playing piano. That was pretty funny
- The Black Rider was pretty hot
- I loved the scene where Annie is in the science lab and cooks her baked beans with a bunsen burner. and then later where Abed eats her beans, that scene/exchange was one of my favourite Community scenes

And lastly, I really want to be in a paintball war like theirs
