Day DIEZ // Favourite Abed moment

I have many favourite Abed moments, though a lot of them is with Troy. Some of my favourite Abed moments is when he is playing characters, and I have already mentioned them before in Day #2 here. So I'm mentioning some other ones.

But this is one of many favourites when he acts as 'himself' to approach a girl. This was the result:

but one of my other favourite moments is when Abed helps a girl give birth (you'll have to look in the background of the scenes for Abed)

Also, I hadn't mentioned it yet
but I love his catch phrase:

"Cool. Cool cool cool."

:)

Day SIETE // Least Favourite Episode

'The Art of Discourse'

When those kids came to visit Greendale and they kept insulting everyone.
That was an annoying episode, especially the ending.

The subplots in that episode were just ok, the Pierce pantsing Shirley and thus getting kicked out of the group was really awkward. Though I did like the Abed and Troy moments.

However, one of my favourite quotes did come out of this episode -

Annie: "When you found out I was Jewish, you invited me to a 'pool party' that turned out to be a Baptism."
Shirley: "Well excuse me for trying to sneak you into Heaven."

HAHA.

Day CINCO // Favourite Quote

Same as yesterday, its so hard to pinpoint just ONE quote.

But here are some of my favourites:

Jeff: "For your information, I don't have an ego. My Facebook photo is a landscape."
(Contemporary American Poultry)

Troy: "Didn't we decide at the beginning of the year that for the good of the group we wouldn't allow any intimacy between each other or ourselves?"
Jeff: "We never said ourselves."
Troy: "Ok, now I'm really mad!"
(Paradigms of Human Memory)

Jeff: "I'm saying you're a football player, its in your blood"
Troy: "That's racist."
Jeff: "Your soul?"
Troy: "That's racist."
Jeff: "Your eyes?"
Troy: "That's gay."
Jeff: "That's homophobic."
Troy: "That's black."
Jeff: "That's racist!"
Troy: "Damn."
(Football, Feminism and You)

Annie: "Stop trying to fluster me with your handsomeness. You’re creepy." (A Fist Full of Paintballs)

Black Rider: "Sweetie, this thing is so much bigger than you can ever imagine. I'm outta here, I got Coldplay tickets."
Annie: "Coldplay?"
Black Rider: "Too late bean allergy."
(A Fist Full of Paintballs)

Annie: "When you found out I was Jewish, you invited me to a 'pool party' that turned out to be a Baptism."
Shirley: "Well excuse me for trying to sneak you into Heaven."
(The Art of Discourse)

Troy: "Can we make this quick? I have to give a banana to Annie's Boobs."

Day CUATRO // Favourite scene

Such a hard choice to just pinpoint ONE scene. So I have a few, the thing is I mention them as I see them/remember them, because HEAPS of scenes are funny.

- Random Spanish class presentation by Jeff and Pierce
So hilarious! I makes me laugh out loud every time I watch it

Senor Chang: "Why are there costumes? These are supposed to be short conversations, they're not supposed to...."
Jeff: "Take your breath away?"

- The Abed and Troy moments/endings

all of them are awesome, like the classic spanish rap, kickpuncher and 'Troy and Abed in the Morning'
but i also particularly like this one, though Troy looks so sad at the end

Abed: "Wait, you don't have to believe."
Troy: "I didn't............ I didn't."

- Abed as 'The Cape'
it was so much more funnier to me because i've watched the show before.

Abed: 'SIX SEASONS AND A MOVIE!'

and the show did fail ( it was cancelled, though i think the show had SO much potential, i didn't think it was delivered properly.)
here's a promo of the show, so you'll understand the abed as 'the cape' scene and why he knocks off everything on jeff's table

- Pierce 'mind reading'
its funnier that this scene immediately follows Shirley and Annie playing bad cop

- Annie's gravy train

- Jeff and Abed getting drunk

Day TRES // Favourite episode

My favourite episodes definitely have to be collectively the paintball episodes (maybe not so much the last one, though it was a good episode it wasn't as good as the other two paintball episodes)

Though it used to be hands down the first paintball episode
but i think 'A Fist Full of Paintballs' trumps the first one
only just.

Why I love 'A Fist Full of Paintballs' the most:
- I love the Western themed nature of it
- I love how Annie was the main character in that episode, who also happens to be one of my favourite characters.
- Following on from the point above, Annie was pretty awesome in that episode
- I love the naming of everyone as their cards, it was a very nice touch
- I liked how they had a western village/town set up by Pierce, with performers and people playing piano. That was pretty funny
- The Black Rider was pretty hot
- I loved the scene where Annie is in the science lab and cooks her baked beans with a bunsen burner. and then later where Abed eats her beans, that scene/exchange was one of my favourite Community scenes

And lastly, I really want to be in a paintball war like theirs
:)

Community Challenge Day DOS // Favourite Male

Favourite male character: Abed
(but this was a close toss up, because initally I've always loved Abed but lately Troy has been so hilarious as well, so Troy is a VERY close second.)

Character played by: Danny Pudi

I've gushed so much already on this blog how much I love Abed and how funny I think he is
He's a freaking genius of a character that allows Danny Pudi to display his vast acting abilities.

My favourite Abed characterisations:
- When Abed played Don Draper (Mad Men)

- Abed as Hans Solo (Star Wars)

- Abed as police chief

- Abed as 'The Cape' (though it wasn't really a character he played, he just play dress ups for a while with a cape)

- Abed as Batman

Favourite Abed quotes:

"I'm Jeff Winger. I love working this Blackberry because it really tones my thumbs." - Paradigms of Human Memory

Abed: "It's the first season of Lost on DVD."
Pierce: "That's the meaning of Christmas?"
Abed: "No it's a metaphor. It represents lack of payoff."
- Abed's Uncontrollable Christmas

"If I could just take a moment to share a few words of sarcasm with whoever it is that took this pen. I wanna say thank you for doing this to me. For a while I thought I'd have to suffer through a puppy parade, but I much prefer being entombed alive in a mausoleum of feelings I can neither understand nor reciprocate. So whoever you are, can I get you anything? Ice cream, best friend medal, anything?" - Cooperative Calligraphy

"To be blunt, Jeff and Britta is no Ross and Rachel. Your chemistry and sexual tension are putting us all on edge, which is ironically, and hear this on every level, you're keeping us from being friends." - Modern Warfare
