been watching better off ted lately
its really funny
and i also can't help comparing it to arrested development
well for 1) portia de rossi is in both
2) the male protagonist is a single parent businessmen
except for the fact that in arrested development george michael bluth is a not-so-bright adolescent
but rose crisp in better off ted is an extremely intelligent child
but yes
the shows are different in the setting
and a little different to each other
but ted, in better off ted
is just so likeable
whereas michael bluth is also quite likeable
but no where near as much
and rose crisp is soo adorable :)

and some of my fav parts are the fake ads for the company bit:

"veridian dynamics. we're a family, just like yours. but we don't waste our time throwing leaves around...... veridian dynamics. family. yay." LOL

"veridian dynamics. we're the future for food, developing the next generation of food and food like products. tomatoes. the size of this baby. lemon flavoured fish. chickens that lay 16 eggs a day. which is a lot for a chicken. organic vegetables, chocful of antidepressants. at veridian dynamics, we can even make radishes so spicy that people can't eat them, but we're not. because people can't eat them. veridian dynamics. food. yum." haha

oh, i also found out that ted is short for theodore
by both watching this show and how i met your mother
then jacky told me the story of teddy bears and theodore rossevelt
so i have an excuse for not knowing that fact
i'm not american
